FAQ’s
Q. How many hours is classed as a full day’s shooting?
A. A full days shoot will be around 10 hours long. This is normally from about 2 hours before your ceremony up until the party gets started. This way we can capture some of the preparations right through to evening festivities.
Q. I’m not sure what kind of wedding video I want. How do I know Good Stuff is right for me?
A. No problem! We are here to help! Have a look at our previous wedding films and see if you like them. We can then have a chat and work out exactly what you want from your wedding film, and then we tailor it to you.
Q. Can we have our favourite song edited into our video?
A. Popular songs have licence agreements attached to them, which means that they cannot be used in our editing process, this is a normal thing for videographers. Good Stuff has access to hundreds of different music tracks that will match your wedding film perfectly. Just tell us what kind of thing you like, and we will do the rest.
Q. Do you film both parties’ preparations before the ceremony?
A. As a standard, we film just one of the parties of your choosing getting ready. If you are both based at the same location and would like footage of both sides preparations, then we can make this work! If you are at different locations, we can organise you a second videographer for a small upgrade fee, meaning we have plenty of time to get fantastic shots of you both!
Q. When will we receive our wedding film?
A. You can expect to receive your film 8 – 10 weeks after your wedding date. With ‘All The Good Stuff’ and ‘The Good Stuff’ packages you will receive a 1 minute teaser trailer within a week of your wedding day, perfect for social media!
Q. Where are you based and can you travel?
A. We are currently based in Milton Keynes. We are very happy to travel to you! Any destinations outside of 50 miles to us we would charge an extra travel fee.
Q. Can you do specific shots?
A. Yes!! We love it when we receive requests for specific shots. This can all be discussed in your consultation leading up to the big day.
